Agreement
By using santaanarooterpro.com or calling the number published on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.
What the service does
Santa Ana Rooter Pro connects callers in Santa Ana, Tustin and Fountain Valley, CA with independent licensed plumbing contractors. We are not a plumbing contractor and we do not perform plumbing work. The arrangement is set out in full on the disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms.
No contract for plumbing work with us
Any agreement for plumbing work is formed between you and the contractor who attends, on the terms you agree with them. Santa Ana Rooter Pro is not a party to that agreement, does not receive payment for the work, and is not responsible for its performance.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the property and the problem when you call.
- Confirm you are authorized to request work at that address, or say clearly that you are not.
- Verify the contractor's license and insurance before work begins.
- Agree the scope and price with the contractor in writing before work begins.
Information on this site
Content is provided for general information. We take care to source local facts from the relevant city or agency and to date price information, but we do not warrant that everything is current, complete or applicable to your property. Permit rules, utility boundaries and agency responsibilities are set by those bodies and can change.
Price ranges are reference information gathered in September 2026. They are not quotes and create no obligation on any contractor.

Naming a company is not an endorsement by them of us, or by us of them, and implies no relationship between us. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santa Ana Rooter Pro is not liable for loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from a contractor's availability, timing, conduct or pricing, or from reliance on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the phone number to harass, to make false reports, to scrape content at volume, or for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to refer a call.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams and design of this site belong to Santa Ana Rooter Pro. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Do not republish pages wholesale.
Calls and recording
Calls to (714) 555-0142 may be answered by an operator on our behalf, and your details are passed to the contractor so they can contact you. How that information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
