Santa Ana Rooter Pro is a free matching service for homeowners and property managers in Santa Ana, Tustin and Fountain Valley, CA. When you call (714) 555-0142, we identify an independent licensed plumbing contractor who covers your ZIP code and is available, and that contractor contacts you directly.
Santa Ana Rooter Pro is not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform plumbing work. We do not employ plumbers, own trucks, hold a contractor license, carry contractor liability insurance for work performed, or supervise any work carried out at your property.
The plumbers we refer you to are independent businesses. They set their own prices, carry their own licenses and insurance, and are solely responsible for the work they perform and for any warranty on it.
How we are paid
Contractors pay Santa Ana Rooter Pro a fee for calls referred to them. That is how this service is funded. You are not charged for the referral, and the referral fee does not form part of the price the contractor quotes to you.
Because we are paid when you call, you should treat this site the way you would treat any commercially funded recommendation. Get a second quote on significant work, verify the license yourself, and read the cost pages before you agree to anything.
What we verify, and what we do not
We confirm, at the point a contractor joins the network, that they:
- Hold a current California contractor license in a classification that covers plumbing work
- Carry liability insurance
- Serve the ZIP codes they are referred calls in
We do not:
- Supervise, inspect, certify or warrant any work performed
- Set, review or approve the price you are quoted
- Guarantee availability, arrival times or the outcome of any job
- Handle payment, hold funds, or act as a party to your contract with the plumber
- Continuously monitor license or insurance status between verification checks
Your agreement for the work is between you and the contractor. Any dispute about workmanship, pricing, damage, delay or warranty is a matter between you and that contractor.
Licensing in California, and why no number appears on this site
Plumbing contractors in California are licensed by the Contractors State License Board. The relevant classification is C-36, the plumbing contractor license. Business and Professions Code section 7030.5 requires a licensee to include its license number in its construction contracts, in subcontracts and calls for bid, and in all forms of advertising.
That obligation applies to the licensee. Santa Ana Rooter Pro does not hold a contractor license, so there is no license number of ours to publish. We do not display, borrow or imply any contractor's license number, because doing so would suggest that this website is licensed to perform plumbing work. It is not.
Before work begins, ask the contractor who attends for their license number and verify it yourself, free, using the CSLB Check A License tool. Confirm that the status is active, that the classification covers the work, and that the business name matches the name on your written quote. Price ranges published on this website were compiled in September 2026 from published Orange County contractor price guides and national cost data for the same year. They are general reference information, not quotes, not estimates for your property, and not a representation of what any contractor will charge you.
Actual prices vary with the specifics of your property, access, materials, permit requirements and the time at which you call. Only a contractor who has assessed the job can quote it.
